My life has been a journey from the outside inward to a deeper level of inner knowing, connection to Source and access to the healing abilities that come from these places. I started my education and career in Women’s and Family Health. I have an undergraduate degree in Biology, a master’s degree in Midwifery and practiced full scope midwifery in New York City.
After moving to the Seacoast in 2003, I dedicated myself to raising my children and turned my love of yoga into a profession. I trained at the 500hr level and taught at Yoga on York in York, ME for 10 years. I will always be grateful for the warmth of the community, the personal connections I made, and the way teaching unlocked deeper layers of knowing and healing powers in me.
I have taken what started as a physical practice and used it to access my own inner knowing, my “energy body” and my ability to tap into the divine that we are all a part of. My education and practice now continues in the realms of Reiki, Tarot and Psychic Mediumship. I bring the combination of these experiences to you, so that you may also enjoy a sense of revelation, self-awareness, wholeness, connection and healing.
